All products are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Our website and services are currently available only to individual consumers located in Australia.

Business buyers, wholesale partners, or customers located outside Australia must contact us directly before placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund bulk or unauthorized B2B orders placed without prior agreement.

Homuvia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent behavior.

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

All products are dispatched from our warehouse in China and delivered to Australian addresses.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.


7. Returns and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy for individual consumers in Australia. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Business and wholesale orders are not eligible for standard returns and require a separate agreement.
