Return & Refund Policy (For Individual Consumers Only)

Notice to Customers
This return and refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made by individual consumers for personal or household use. It does not apply to business purchases, wholesale orders, or B2B transactions. For business-related transactions, please contact us directly to establish a separate agreement.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order, engraved)

Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Discounted or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before making a return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
