Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China.

How long does delivery take?
Most parcels arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this stage, but we’re working on it.

Will holidays delay delivery?
Public holidays and peak seasons (such as Christmas) may cause delivery delays.


Payment & Receipts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Wise.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Request one at checkout or via email. Business invoices are available for bulk orders.


Returns & Issues

Can I return my order?
Yes—within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return shipping.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. Please avoid using the item until the issue is assessed.

How long does a return take?
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Do you accept in-person returns?
No. All returns must be sent by mail. We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.


Product Information

Are your materials safe and certified?
Yes. All materials meet food-grade safety standards required in Australia and internationally.

How do I care for the products?
Most items are dishwasher-safe. Any special care instructions will be noted on the product page.

Will colour or size vary slightly?
Yes. Minor differences may occur due to production processes, especially for handmade or glazed pieces. This won’t affect quality or use.


Gifting Options

Do you offer gift wrapping or cards?
Yes. You can add gift options and a message during checkout.


International Orders

Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes, GST is included where applicable. Additional import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.
