Shipping Region
At this time, we only deliver orders to individual addresses within Australia. Unless otherwise specified, we do not process or fulfill orders from other countries or from business buyers. We are actively working to expand our international shipping coverage and will gradually open up delivery to additional countries/regions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully received. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional events.
Delivery Time and Method
Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days to Australian destinations. All products are shipped from China via international logistics services. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery conditions.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of AUD 10 will be charged per order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the fee will be automatically waived at checkout, subject to real-time conditions displayed on the website.
Shipping Warehouse
All products are shipped from our warehouse in China: Homuvia China Warehouse (Jinan, Shandong Province).
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.
Delays and Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or pandemics). Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or delay is transferred to the buyer.

Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate. Homuvia is not responsible for failed delivery, returns, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Bulk Orders (Terms for B2B Buyers)
If you are purchasing in quantities exceeding 100 units in a single order, please contact us at sales@homuvia.com before placing the order. A different set of terms and pricing policies will apply to B2B or wholesale orders. We reserve the right to reject and refund such orders if no prior communication has been made.
